Bullima Spur

Crag faces east

Introduction

A limited little toproping and bouldering crag in a spectacular location. There is also a reasonably good looking boulder field up on top of the ridge that may offer some decent bouldering (be prepared for slopers!). The crag has no bolts so bring a good selection of natural gear and long slings for anchors. This crag is located in Bouddi National Park.

Access

To get to the crag, park as for the Maitland Bay walking track but instead of heading down to the beach follow the Bullima Spur track to the right. If you make the mistake of heading down the Maitland Bay track you'll pass between some enormous boulders a hundred or so metres down - this is the same band of rock forming the spur so if you head off to the right you'll quickly pick up the main cliffline.
